Art. 8 Schutz der Produktion ohne genetisch veränderte Organismen und der Wahlfreiheit
Mit genetisch veränderten Organismen darf nur so umgegangen werden, dass sie, ihre Stoffwechselprodukte oder ihre Abfälle die Produktion von Erzeugnissen ohne genetisch veränderte Organismen sowie die Wahlfreiheit der Konsumenten nicht beeinträchtigen.
