§ 3 Haushalts- und Stabilitätsverantwortung
(1) Der Deutsche Bundestag nimmt in Angelegenheiten des Europäischen Stabilitätsmechanismus seine Verantwortung für den Haushalt und für den Bestand und die Fortentwicklung der Stabilität der Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion insbesondere nach Maßgabe der folgenden Bestimmungen wahr. (2) Der Deutsche Bundestag berät und beschließt über Vorlagen nach diesem Gesetz in angemessener Frist. Dabei berücksichtigt er die für die Beschlussfassung auf der Ebene des Euro-Währungsgebietes maßgeblichen Fristvorgaben.
