1) Leitungen sollen wenn möglich nicht über oder neben Hauptstrassen geführt werden. 2) Bäume dürfen nicht als Tragwerke benützt werden. 3) Leitungen sind so zu erstellen, dass sie auch bei extremen Witterungsverhältnissen nicht durch Bäume und Sträucher beeinträchtigt werden.
