§ 3 Beginn und Dauer der Regulierungsperioden
(1) Die erste Regulierungsperiode beginnt am 1. Januar 2009. Die nachfolgenden Regulierungsperioden beginnen jeweils am 1. Januar des auf das letzte Kalenderjahr der vorangegangenen Regulierungsperiode folgenden Kalenderjahres. (2) Eine Regulierungsperiode dauert fünf Jahre.
