§ 8 Allgemeine Geldwertentwicklung
Der Wert für die allgemeine Geldwertentwicklung ergibt sich aus dem durch das Statistische Bundesamt veröffentlichten Verbraucherpreisgesamtindex. Für die Bestimmung der Erlösobergrenze nach § 4 Abs. 1 wird der Verbraucherpreisgesamtindex des vorletzten Kalenderjahres vor dem Jahr, für das die Erlösobergrenze gilt, verwendet. Dieser wird ins Verhältnis gesetzt zum Verbraucherpreisgesamtindex für das Basisjahr.
