Fällt eine öffentliche Aufgabe durch die Auflösung des Organs oder seiner Überführung ins Zivilrecht dahin, bietet das Organ die bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt entstandenen Akten dem Stadtarchiv an. Das Stadtarchiv kann Akten privatisierter oder ausgegliederter Organe auch weiterhin übernehmen.
