Art. 36
1 Güterbesitzer, welche den von der Flurkommission an sie erlassenen Weisungen nicht Folge leisten, können von dieser in eine Ordnungsbusse verfällt werden. 2 Fälle, in denen aus der Nichtachtung der Weisung grösserer Schaden erwachsen ist, sind an die Stadtpolizei, resp. an den Stadtrat zu weisen.
