§ 1 Senkung des Zinssatzes
(1) Ist der Zinssatz für Darlehen aus dem Treuhandvermögen des Bundes nach § 2 Abs. 1 der Verordnung über die Erhebung der Zinsen für Darlehen des Bundes zum Bergarbeiterwohnungsbau vom 11. Oktober 1982 (BGBl. I S. 1400) auf über 7 vom Hundert erhöht worden, wird er vom 1. Oktober 1986 an auf 7 vom Hundert herabgesetzt. (2) § 18b Abs. 2 und 3 des Wohnungsbindungsgesetzes ist sinngemäß anzuwenden.
