Art. 58 Zuteilung von Mandaten
1) Sollten einer oder mehreren Wahllisten mehr Kandidaten zuzuteilen sein, als sie Namen enthalten, so sind vorerst alle ihre Wahlkandidaten gewählt. 2) Die übrigen Mandate werden nach dem in Art. 55 und 57 vorgeschriebenen Verfahren auf die anderen Wahllisten verteilt.
