Verordnung des Bundesministeriums für Justiz vom 21. April 1965, betreffend Auflassung einer Notarstelle in Wien StF: BGBl. Nr. 106/1965 Auf Grund des § 9 der Notariatsordnung vom 25. Juli 1871, RGBl. Nr. 75, wird verordnet:

Im Sprengel des Landesgerichtes für Zivilrechtssachen Wien wird mit Ablauf des 30. Juni 1965 die Notarstelle in Wien – Innere Stadt XXII (letzter Amtsinhaber Dr. Carl Mahlknecht) aufgelassen.
