Art. 41 Für die Kinder
1) Wird eine Ehe für ungültig erklärt, so gelten die Kinder gleichwohl als ehelich, ohne Rücksicht auf den guten oder bösen Glauben ihrer Eltern. 2) Für die Pflege und Erziehung der Kinder gelten die gleichen Vorschriften wie bei der Trennung.
