Finanzierung 1 Die für die Durchführung des Konkordates erforderlichen Mittel werden durch Gebühren der Betriebsinhaber und durch Beiträge der Kantone beschafft. 2 Die Gebühren für die Tätigkeit der technischen Kontrollstelle werden von den Betriebsinhabern erhoben. Dabei wird die aufgewendete Zeit und die Bedeutung der Anlage berücksichtigt. 3 Es wird eine Gebührenordnung aufgestellt. 4 Die Beiträge der Kantone werden nach Zahl und Bedeutung der Anlagen berechnet.
