Art. 15
Ein- und Austritt 1 Der Eintritt steht jedem Kanton frei, in dessen Gebiet sich wenigstens eine der unter das Konkordat fallenden Anlagen befindet. 2 Der Austritt kann auf Ende eines Kalenderjahres und unter Berücksichtigung einer wenigstens einjährigen Kündigungsfrist erfolgen, nachdem sämtliche aus dem Konkordat fliessenden Verbindlichkeiten erfüllt sind. 4.
