3. Massnahmen für bestehende Anlagen 1 Die Anordnung von Massnahmen für bestehende Anlagen erfolgt durch die Regierung. Art. 21 * 4. Aufsicht und Ersatzvornahme 1 Die Aufsicht über die Planung und Ausführung von Massnahmen, welche gestützt auf Artikel 19 und Artikel 20 dieses Gesetzes angeordnet werden, obliegt dem Amt. Werden entsprechende Massnahmen nicht umgesetzt, kann das Departement die Ersatzvornahme auf Kosten des Pflichtigen anordnen.
