§ 82². Elektroonilise arestimisakti edastamine
Käesoleva määruse § 53 lõikes 1 ja § 55 lõikes 1 nimetatud arestimisfaili vahetus täitemenetlusregistri, maksukohustuslaste registri ja krediidiasutuse infosüsteemi vahel lõpetatakse 31. detsembril 2019.
