Auf Grund des § 84 Abs. 1 des Berufsbildungsgesetzes vom 14. August 1969 (BGBl. I S. 1112), zuletzt geändert durch das Berufsbildungsförderungsgesetz vom 23. Dezember 1981 (BGBl. I S. 1692), sowie des § 1 Abs. 3 des Gesetzes über die Errichtung des Bundesverwaltungsamtes vom 28. Dezember 1959 (BGBl. I S. 829) bestimme ich im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesminister des Innern das Bundesverwaltungsamt zur zuständigen Stelle im Sinne des § 84 des Berufsbildungsgesetzes für meinen Geschäftsbereich.
