Befugnis zum Antrag 1 Ein Antrag auf Revision kann von den Parteien und von der Vorinstanz gestellt werden. 2 Im Antrag sind anzugeben: a. als Rechtsbegehren, welche Änderungen des früheren Entscheides und welche Rückleistungen verlangt werden, und b. als Begründung der Revisionsgrund, dass dieser rechtzeitig geltend gemacht wurde, und Angaben über die Beweismittel.
