1 Le Conseil communal ou le SEn peut, en tout temps, faire analyser et jauger des rejets aux frais de l’exploitant·e. 2 Sur demande du Conseil communal, l’exploitant·e·peut être tenu·e de présenter, une fois par an, un rapport de conformité aux directives fédérales et cantonales applicables en matière de rejet ou toute autre pièce jugée équivalente. 3 Le rapport de conformité est établi selon les directives du SEn.
