Art 14 Inkrafttreten
(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt vorbehaltlich des Absatzes 2 mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 1998 in Kraft. (2) (weggefallen) (3) Abweichend von Absatz 2 tritt die Regelung über den Wegfall der Erwerbsbeschränkung schwerbehinderter Richter im Antragsruhestand in Artikel 7 Nr. 1 am 1. Januar 2001 in Kraft, soweit nicht bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt durch ein Gesetz ein anderes geregelt ist.
