Heimfall 1 Nach Ablauf der Konzession behält sich der Kanton den Heimfall vor. Der Inhalt des Heimfallrechts richtet sich nach den dannzumal geltenden Bundes- und Kantonsvorgaben. 2 Die Standortgemeinde hat Anspruch auf mindestens einen Drittel an der Heimfallverzichtsabgeltung oder am Heimfallsubstrat, sofern die kantonale Gesetzgebung nicht einen höheren Anteil vorgibt.
