Gegenstand, Form 1 Mit einer Volksinitiative können 1'000 Stimmberechtigte das Begehren stellen auf: a) Total- oder Teilrevision der Verfassung b) Erlass, Änderung oder Aufhebung eines Gesetzes c) Kündigung oder Aufnahme von Verhandlungen über Abschluss oder Änderung eines internationalen oder interkantonalen Vertrages, soweit er der Volksabstimmung untersteht d) Einreichen einer Standesinitiative 2 Das Begehren kann als allgemeine Anregung oder, sofern nicht die Totalrevision der Verfassung verlangt wird, als ausgearbeiteter Entwurf eingereicht werden.
