Gemeinschaftshäuser (Art. 8 Abs. 3 SmLG) 1 Die Bestimmungen über die Pflegekosten in Pflegeheimen gelten nicht für Gemeinschaftshäuser, in denen die Pflegeleistungen von Leistungserbringenden sozialmedizinischer Leistungen im Sinne von Artikel 7 SmLG erbracht werden.
