Art. 12 Entrata in vigore e termine di uniformazione
1Il presente regolamento è pubblicato sul Bollettino ufficiale delle leggi e degli atti esecutivi ed entra immediatamente in vigore.1 2Le aziende di distribuzione sono tenute ad uniformare alle presenti disposizioni i propri tariffari entro tre anni dall’entrata in vigore del regolamento.
