Art. 41 Schulwesen
1 Zum Schulwesen gehören: a. die Volksschule und die Tagesstrukturen, b. die Sonderschulung. 2 Weitere Angebote im Volksschulbereich können gegründet, übernommen oder unterstützt werden. 3 Die für das Schulwesen zuständige Schulbehörde ist die Schulpflege. 4 Die Schulpflege wird in ihrer Tätigkeit vom zuständigen Departement sowie von der übrigen Stadtverwaltung unterstützt.
