Art. 46 Wahl- und Anstellungsbefugnisse
1 Die Schulpflege ernennt oder stellt an: a. die Vertreterinnen und Vertreter in Gremien von Schulinstitutionen auf Volksschulstufe, in denen der Stadt ein Vertretungsrecht zusteht, b. ihre Schreiberin oder ihren Schreiber, c. die Leitung Bildung, d. die Schulleitungen und Lehrpersonen der Volksschule, soweit nicht an andere Stellen delegiert.
