Art. 50 Aufgabenübertragung an Angestellte der Stadtverwaltung
1 Die Schulpflege kann Angestellten der Stadtverwaltung bestimmte Aufgaben zur selbständigen Erledigung übertragen. 2 Sie regelt Aufgaben und Entscheidbefugnisse im Rahmen des Volksschulrechts in einem Behördenerlass. 3 Die Neubeurteilung von Anordnungen von Angestellten der Stadtverwaltung kann innert zehn Tagen seit der Mitteilung schriftlich bei der Schulpflege verlangt werden.
