§ 17. Määruse muutmine
Vabariigi Valitsuse 5. mai 2005. a määruses nr 93 „Hoiualade kaitse alla võtmine Ida-Viru maakonnas” tehakse järgmised muudatused: 1) paragrahvi 1 lõike 1 punkt 13 tunnistatakse kehtetuks; 2) lisas esitatud Uljaste järvede hoiuala kaart „Uljaste” tunnistatakse kehtetuks.
