§ 8. Avatud tarne lepingu sõlmimine tarbija või tootja vahetumisel
(1) Kui tootja või tarbija vahetub, sõlmib tarbimis- või tootmiskoha uus tarbija või tootja uue avatud tarne lepingu hiljemalt eelmise lepingu lõppemise ajaks. (2) Võrgulepingu lõpetamise korral lõpeb avatud tarne leping võrgulepingu lõppemise päeva bilansiperioodi lõpus.
§ 8. Avatud tarne lepingu sõlmimine tarbija või tootja vahetumisel
(1) Kui tootja või tarbija vahetub, sõlmib tarbimis- või tootmiskoha uus tarbija või tootja uue avatud tarne lepingu hiljemalt eelmise lepingu lõppemise ajaks. (2) Võrgulepingu lõpetamise korral lõpeb avatud tarne leping võrgulepingu lõppemise päeva bilansiperioodi lõpus.
