Art. 2 Anerkannte Plattformen für die sichere Zustellung
Als anerkannte Plattformen gelten Zustellplattformen, die nach Artikel 3 der Verordnung vom 18. Juni 2010 über die elektronische Übermittlung im Rahmen von Zivil- und Strafprozessen sowie von Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkursverfahren anerkannt worden sind. SR 272.1
