96 Amendments relating to this Part
(1) In Schedule 5— (a) Part 1 amends the Habitats Regulations 2017 to provide that, for certain purposes, Ramsar sites are treated in the same way as European sites; (b) Part 2 makes amendments related to, or consequential on, provision made by this Part. (2) The Secretary of State may by regulations make amendments (including amendments to an Act or to assimilated law) that are consequential on this Part.
