Die Öffentlichkeit kann für die Hauptverhandlung oder für einen Teil davon ausgeschlossen werden, wenn das Verfahren die Unterbringung des Beschuldigten in einem psychiatrischen Krankenhaus oder einer Entziehungsanstalt, allein oder neben einer Strafe, zum Gegenstand hat.
