(1) Die Verkündung des Urteils sowie der Endentscheidung in Ehesachen und Familienstreitsachen erfolgt in jedem Falle öffentlich. (2) Durch einen besonderen Beschluß des Gerichts kann unter den Voraussetzungen der §§ 171b und 172 auch für die Verkündung der Entscheidungsgründe oder eines Teiles davon die Öffentlichkeit ausgeschlossen werden.
