Zweck und Geltungsbereich 1 Mit diesem Reglement soll der Schutz der Anwohnenden vor den negativen Auswirkungen der Strassenprostitution und die Sicherheit von Prostituierten erhöht werden, die im öffentlichen Raum käuflichen Sex anbieten. 2 Dazu kann der Stadtrat ausserhalb der Sperrzonen und in allfälligen Toleranzzonen für eine geeignete Infrastruktur besorgt sein und Beratungs- und Betreuungsangebote für Prostituierte unterstützen.
