§ 1 Zentrum für Krebsregisterdaten, Begriffsbestimmung
(1) Beim Robert Koch-Institut wird das Zentrum für Krebsregisterdaten geführt. (2) Krebsregister im Sinne dieses Gesetzes sind die aufgrund des § 65c Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch eingerichteten klinischen Krebsregister der Länder und die epidemiologischen Krebsregister der Länder.
