Art. 17
Bataillonskommandantin oder Bataillonskommandant 1 Die Bataillonskommandantinnen und Bataillonskommandanten haben namentlich folgende Befugnisse: a) Sie organisieren, verwalten und führen das Bataillon. b) Sie stellen sicher, dass die Kompanien des Bataillons in der Lage sind, ihre Aufgaben zu erfüllen und jederzeit auf Alarme zu reagieren. 2 Ihre übrigen Befugnisse werden von der KGV näher bestimmt. 3 Die Kommandantinnen und Kommandanten werden bei der Ausübung ihrer Befugnisse von ihrem Stab unterstützt.
