Art. 19
Kompaniekommandantin oder Kompaniekommandant 1 Die Kompaniekommandantinnen und Kompaniekommandanten haben namentlich folgende Befugnisse: a) Sie leiten die Kompanie. b) Sie stellen sicher, dass die Ausrückstandorte der Kompanie in der Lage sind, ihre Aufgaben zu erfüllen. c) Sie stellen sicher, dass Normen, technische Richtlinien und Sicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden. 2 Ihre übrigen Befugnisse werden von der KGV näher bestimmt. 3 Die Kommandantinnen und Kommandanten werden bei der Ausübung ihrer Befugnisse von ihren Kaderleuten unterstützt.
