§ 9 Bergmannsrente
Versicherte haben Anspruch auf Bergmannsrente, wenn sie 1. die Wartezeit einer bergbaulichen Versicherung von fünf Jahren erfüllt haben und 2. ihre bisherige bergmännische Tätigkeit oder eine andere im wesentlichen gleichartige und wirtschaftlich gleichwertige Tätigkeit in Bergwerksbetrieben infolge einer Krankheit oder eines Unfalls nicht mehr ausüben können.
