1 Mit Gebühren nach Aufwandtarif wird der volle Personal- und Infrastrukturaufwand für eine bestimmte Leistung abgegolten (Basis Kostenrechnung). 2 Die Kosten werden, je nach der für die konkrete Leistungserbringung vorausgesetzten Qualifikation, gemäss dem jeweiligen Tarif der Kostenrechnung ermittelt. 3 Die Aufwandgebühren werden nach dem Zeitbedarf berechnet, der erforderlich ist, um die konkrete Leistung zu erbringen. Dabei wird in der Regel auf die Viertelstunde aufgerundet.
