Art. 4
1 Der Aufgaben- und Finanzplan gemäss Art. 44 der Stadtverfassung dient der mittelfristigen Steuerung von Finanzen und Leistungen. Er umfasst das nächste Budgetjahr und die drei darauf folgenden Kalenderjahre.2 2 Er enthält insbesondere a den Finanzplan gemäss den kantonalen Vorschriften über den Finanzhaushalt, b Aussagen über die Abstimmung des Finanzplans mit den Legislaturzielen, c Aussagen über die Abstimmung des Finanzplans mit den wesentlichen Sachplanungen, d finanz- und wirtschaftspolitische Eckdaten. 3 Er wird dem Stadtrat jeweils zusammen mit dem Budget zur Kenntnisnahme unterbreitet.2
