(1) Kapten korraldab reederi kulul laevaperele toidu varumise ja laevapere liikmete korrapärase toitlustamise laeval. (2) Laevapere liikme toidunormid ja toitlustamise korra laeval kehtestab valdkonna eest vastutav minister ./dyn=128012026006&id=129072014002 määrusega. (3) Kehtetu (4) Reeder hüvitab laevapere liikmele saamata jäänud toidu reederi ja laevapere liikme vahel kokkulepitud viisil.
