§ 39. Laevapere liikme surmaga kaasnevad kulud
(1) Reeder kannab laevapere liikme surnukeha Eesti Vabariigi territooriumile või kokkulepitud kohta toimetamise kulud. (2) Kui laevapere liige suri tööst põhjustatud haiguse või töövigastuse tõttu või kui surnukeha ei tooda Eesti Vabariigi territooriumile või kokkulepitud kohta, kannab reeder laevapere liikme matmise või surnukeha tuhastamise ja surnukeha või tuha transportimisega seotud kulud.
