Betriebs- und Leitungsbewilligungen 1 Das Spital Riviera-Chablais muss eine Betriebsbewilligung besitzen. Seine Direktion muss in Besitz einer Leitungsbewilligung sein. Diese Bewilligungen sind für die verschiedenen Standorte des Spitals gültig. 2 Die Bewilligungen werden vom Kanton Waadt gemäss seiner Gesetzgebung ausgestellt. 3 Der Kanton Waadt konsultiert vorgängig den Kanton Wallis.
