§ 25 Anwendung der Kleinerzeugerregelung
Die Kleinerzeugerregelung nach Titel V der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1307/2013 wird angewendet mit der Zahlungsmodalität nach Artikel 63 Absatz 2 Unterabsatz 1 Buchstabe a der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1307/2013. Der einem teilnehmenden Betriebsinhaber zu gewährende Betrag beträgt für jedes Jahr höchstens 1 250 Euro.
