Abandon exprès 1 L'expropriant peut renoncer à l'expropriation jusqu'à sa perfection (art. 88). 2 En cas de prise de possession anticipée, il ne peut plus y renoncer après le versement des acomptes substantiels. 3 Il notifie son abandon au Département des finances, ou au président du tribunal d'expropriation pendant la procédure d'estimation.
