Geschäftsreglement 1 Die Organisation der Anstalt wird, soweit sie in dieser Vereinbarung nicht abschliessend geregelt ist, im Geschäftsreglement geregelt. 2 Das Geschäftsreglement regelt insbesondere die Aufgaben und Kompetenzen von Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsleitung. 3 Es legt die Stellung der Kooperationspartner fest.
