Die Rechtsverhältnisse von dienstordnungsmäßig Angestellten, die nicht in das Beamtenverhältnis berufen werden, sowie deren Versorgung bestimmen sich nach dem bei Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes bestehenden Dienstvertrag und der für diesen bei Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes maßgebenden Dienstordnung. Entsprechendes gilt für die Versorgung ihrer Hinterbliebenen.
