Artikel 2 § 5 Nr. 3 ist auch auf Beamte der Bundesversicherungsanstalt für Angestellte anzuwenden, bei denen der Versorgungsfall vor dem Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes eingetreten ist. Soweit sich hierdurch für sie oder ihre Hinterbliebenen eine höhere Versorgung ergibt, sind die höheren Versorgungsbezüge vom Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes an zu zahlen.
