Der Deutsche Bundestag hat in seiner 238. Sitzung am 25. August 2021 den Antrag auf Drucksache 19/32091 angenommen und damit folgenden Beschluss gefasst (Plenarprotokoll 19/238, S. 31076 (C)): Der Deutsche Bundestag stellt fest, dass die epidemische Lage von nationaler Tragweite, die der Deutsche Bundestag am 25. März 2020 mit Wirkung zum 28. März 2020 aufgrund der Ausbreitung des neuartigen Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland festgestellt hat und deren Fortbestehen der Deutsche Bundestag am 18. November 2020, am 4. März 2021 und am 11. Juni 2021 festgestellt hat, weiter fortbesteht.
