§ 19. Tegevusloa taotlemine
(1) Tegevusloa taotluse lahendab Konkurentsiamet. (2) Tegevusloa taotluses märgitakse lisaks majandustegevuse seadustiku üldosa seaduses sätestatud andmetele taotletav tegevuspiirkond ning esitatakse selles asuvate võrkude asendiplaan ja kirjeldus.
