Art. 39 D. Gestaltung
Bauten, Anlagen und Freiräume sind für sich und in ihrem Zusammenhang mit der baulichen und landschaftlichen Umgebung im Ganzen und in ihren Teilen so zu gestalten, dass eine besonders gute Gesamtwirkung entsteht; diese Anforderung gilt auch für Materialien, Farben, Reklameanlagen und Beleuchtung.
